Please note that mysillydreams.com acts as an intermediary platform. The goods and services offered on this platform are provided by independent Vendors.

According to our Vendor Terms, Vendors are solely responsible for their own cancellation, return, and refund policies, as well as compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Disputes & Grievances

In compliance with the IT Rules, 2021 and DPDP Act, 2023, we have a designated Grievance Officer to address platform-related complaints. However, for disputes regarding product quality, delivery, or refunds, the primary recourse is against the Vendor.
